We are looking for an Operations Coordinator with experience in port and land logistics, capable of ensuring the efficient flow of goods in maritime terminals. Your mission will be to guarantee the effective coordination of units, maneuvers, and documentation in import and export operations, ensuring safety, cost control, and timely compliance. **Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Logistics, Transportation, International Trade, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years in port operations or maritime-land transportation.** * Knowledge of international logistics, container control, and customs regulations. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate the arrival, unloading, and dispatch of land units within the port. * Supervise transportation logistics for import and export movements. * Manage port documentation: releases, customs forms, shipping orders, among others. * Maintain constant communication with shipping lines, customs agents, API, carriers, and customers. * Monitor operation times, performance indicators, and logistics costs. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the port area. * Resolve operational incidents and supervise assigned personnel. * Prepare reports and analysis of operational performance.
