Ensure daily compliance with the operations checklist and document any deviations. Supervise adherence to food safety standards during food and beverage preparation. Verify that non-conforming products are recorded timely and accurately. Ensure cash withdrawals meet required specifications. Support staff in case of problems or unexpected situations.
