**Corporate EM3 is seeking a MANAGER in Manzanillo, Colima** ------------------------------------------------------- ### **Job Description** COLLECTIONS MANAGER Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field * More than 2 years of experience in the area Responsibilities: * Design and implement effective collection strategies to improve accounts receivable recovery. * Lead and supervise collections activities, assigning tasks and setting goals. * Evaluate collection reports and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Monitor delinquent accounts and establish collection priorities. * Interact with customers to negotiate payment plans. * If supervising staff, train assigned personnel in the Collections department on account management techniques and customer service. * Prepare and present performance reports of the Collections department to senior management. * Ensure all collection activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. * Address and resolve issues related to accounts.
