**EM3 Corporate is seeking a Collection Manager in Manzanillo, Colima** ------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **EM3 Corporate is a business group that provides consulting, management, and comprehensive support services to various in-house brands such as PABS, Latino Funeral, and Adepro, which is currently seeking a COLLECTION MANAGER** ### **Job Description** COLLECTION MANAGER Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field * More than 2 years of experience in the area Responsibilities: * Design and implement effective collection strategies to improve accounts receivable recovery. * Lead and supervise collections activities, assigning tasks and setting goals. * Analyze collection reports and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Monitor delinquent accounts and establish collection priorities. * Interact with customers to negotiate payment plans. * If supervising staff, train assigned collection personnel in account management techniques and customer service. * Prepare and present departmental collection performance reports to senior management. * Ensure all collection activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. * Address and resolve issues related to accounts.
