This role will play a key part in defining the AI architecture strategy, establishing best practices, and guiding the development of scalable AI/ML systems that support innovation and digital transformation initiatives. ##### **This is the team** In this role, you will work closely with technology leaders, data teams, and engineering managers to define and implement advanced AI\-driven architectures. You will act as a strategic technical leader, ensuring that AI initiatives align with the broader data and digital transformation strategy while enabling teams to build scalable, reliable, and high\-performance AI systems. ##### **This is you** * 5\+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect * Minimum 5 years of software development experience * At least 3 years working on AI/ML projects * Strong experience designing and implementing AI and Machine Learning solutions * 5\+ years of experience in Machine Learning * 5\+ years programming with Java, Python, Spark, and Hadoop * Location: **Mexico City (CDMX) – candidates must reside in the city** * Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including: + Supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning + Neural networks and deep learning + Natural Language Processing (NLP) + Computer vision * Experience building, training, evaluating, and deploying AI/ML models * Knowledge of MLOps practices and model optimization techniques * Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit\-learn * Knowledge of AI architectures, including LLMs, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection * Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns (SOLID) * Experience designing RESTful APIs * Experience with containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) * Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP * Experience deploying and managing cloud\-based AI/ML applications * Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills ##### **This is your role** * Define and lead the AI architecture vision and strategy across the organization * Establish standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for AI solutions * Design end\-to\-end AI/ML architectures based on business and technical requirements * Collaborate with technology and data leaders to ensure alignment with the data strategy * Guide engineering teams in the implementation of scalable AI solutions * Identify opportunities for innovation through AI and advanced analytics * Lead initiatives to improve data quality and generate actionable insights * Support digital transformation by integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms * Troubleshoot complex architecture issues and continuously improve system design * Contribute to technical documentation and architectural governance ##### **What awaits you at Avenga?** * Opportunity to lead AI architecture strategy at an enterprise level * Work with cutting\-edge AI, ML, and cloud technologies * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams driving innovation and digital transformation * Long\-term engagement in high\-impact technology initiatives *At Avenga, everyone matters.
