Providing effective responses and appropriate follow-up on issues that may hinder the optimal progress of the process. Knowledge in the area of claims, administrative expertise, and efficient and effective service skills are required. **Responsibilities:** * Assess and analyze documentation related to claims according to policy conditions. * Issue responses addressed to insured parties and/or beneficiaries. * Process payments, document request letters, and rejection letters. * Timely follow-up on cases escalated to different departments. * Daily data entry for case monitoring and updates. * Coordinate with departments involved in the policy or claims process. * Customer service and complaint follow-up. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Law, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in life insurance activities. * Knowledge of insurance (policies, general and specific conditions, endorsements, claims, etc.). * Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. *If you require any specific support for your interviews, please inform the Human Resources representative who contacts you to initiate your process.*
