**Position Objective:** The objective of the position is to provide quality service to agents and customers focused on proper underwriting, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulations related to issuing surety bonds. **Responsibilities:** * Propose and authorize businesses and surety lines by analyzing solvency file information and determining business viability, in order to select clients with proven solvency and prevent claims due to defaults * Follow up on underwriting commitments by formalizing commitments with agents or clients through letters or emails, monitoring their fulfillment according to established underwriting policies. * Monitor collections from agents assigned to each executive by sending pending balance reports via email, ensuring business profitability through premium payments and maintaining office portfolio turnover. * Cancel surety bonds through active bond reports, gathering information that confirms the extinction of obligations, thereby releasing clients' surety lines and simultaneously freeing reserves for the company. * Review commission payments to assigned agents by verifying correct fee and commission percentage payments, ensuring timely agent compensation. * Provide advisory support to the sales force by delivering information to our clients and agents regarding underwriting policies, processes, required documentation, or any inquiries about products offered to obligors and beneficiaries, aiming to enhance service quality for our sales team and ensure awareness of our procedures. * Develop special arrangements (channel changes, rate adjustments, product modifications, etc.) to serve and assist clients, providing timely follow-up for each case. **Technical Knowledge:** * Completed degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field * Proficiency in Office software * Intermediate English language proficiency\- * Knowledge of financial statement analysis, legal fundamentals of contracts and deeds, and the CONFIANZA system **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years of desired experience in accounting firms or financial departments. * Two years as an Operations and Underwriting Executive.
