Join us in our mission to transform the power of diagnostics into a healthier future for all. **Job Description** Analyze and manage the receipt and delivery of purchase orders, as well as manage and resolve customer inquiries and clarifications in a friendly and professional manner. **Responsabilities:** * Receive, process, analyze, and coordinate purchase orders sent by internal and external customers, ensuring correct invoicing and delivery according to expiration policies, delivery guidelines, and dependency lot requirements. * Maintain direct, effective, professional, and friendly communication with direct and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction. * Continuously and correctly use the tools provided by QUIDELORTHO for carrying out activities related to Customer Service (CRM and ERP). * Track deliveries of invoiced products, as well as execute necessary corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction. * Analyze and manage service metrics. **Required Skills:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service or related areas. * Experience handling master modules for consignment materials, billing, and returns. * 60% proficiency in English * Proficiency in MS Office * Advanced Excel skills * Experience with customer relationship management tools. **Preferred Skills:** * Customer service orientation * Teamwork * Conflict resolution ability * Flexibility to learn * Emotional intelligence * Adaptability * Time management * Development of effective communication * Positive attitude.
