Location: Zacatecas, Mexico (on-site) As our next Quality and Incoming Technician, you will be responsible for validating, monitoring, and improving production performance with the goal of achieving zero defects and becoming a world-class supplier. What You Will Do:* Validate production processes (5’s, Fast Response, Flow charts, personnel certification) * Make decisions on product acceptance or rejection according to specifications * Identify product issues and stop production if necessary * Create inspection and measurement instructions * Conduct MSA studies and SPC analysis * Train operators on inspection of significant characteristics * Verify incoming material quality and manage NCRs * Support audits (NCR, VDA, BIQS, PPAP, etc.) * Coordinate containment activities and corrective actions What We Are Looking For:* Technical high school diploma or incomplete technical degree * 2 years of experience in quality, line release, or manufacturing processes * Knowledge of measurement equipment and basic quality tools * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate) * Basic English (reading diagrams) * Teamwork and good communication skills Bonus Points If You Have:* Experience in internal and external audits * Knowledge of basic statistics applied to quality * Familiarity with management systems (QMS, EMS, CSR) How to Apply: Apply online at www.johnsonelectric.com – We're excited to meet you!*Come join our global, inclusive \& diverse team* Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
