Facility inspections (electricity, plumbing, painting, etc.) **Position: Maintenance Assistant** **Job Description:** We are seeking a responsible and proactive Maintenance Assistant to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities, ensuring their proper operation. **Requirements:** * Completed technical high school diploma * Knowledge in: * Electricity * Plumbing * Painting * Use of hand and power tools * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance * Experience in pool maintenance * Knowledge of drywall work * Operation and knowledge of emergency power generators **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities * Pool maintenance and inspection (cleaning, parameters, and equipment) * Facility inspections (electricity, plumbing, painting, etc.) * Execution of minor repairs * Support in internal installations and relocations * Recording of activities in logbooks **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $12,400 gross * Statutory benefits * Subsidized cafeteria * Additional benefits **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Work Location:** Atemajac del Valle
