**Position Overview**

**Your contribution to Blue Banana Brand will be exceptional if you perform the following responsibilities:**
As **International Marketing \& Digital Support**, your mission will be to support the internationalization team on the ground by contributing to the execution of local marketing and content strategies.
We offer an international professional experience within the **ICEX Vives** program, with an initial stay of **6 months in Mexico**, extendable if permitted by ICEX.
**Main responsibilities include:**
* Implementing the local marketing plan and monitoring actions.
* Direct coordination with the Mexican partner to align strategies.
* Participation in events, activations, collaborations, and campaigns with creators.
* Adapting global campaigns to the Mexican market.
* Supporting the adaptation of Blue Banana’s website for Mexico.
* Analyzing sales, data, and KPIs; preparing reports.
* Preparing websites for product launches, researching apps and tools.
* Providing support in using Shopify and Shopify POS.
**And… what will make you succeed with us?**
* Being part of the ICEX Vives program will be essential.
* Holding a higher education degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Trade, Advertising, or related fields (preferably with specialization in digital environments or e\-commerce).
* Availability to stay for 6 months in the destination country (Mexico).
* Knowledge of the Shopify environment (backoffice use, content uploading, catalog management, POS, etc.).
* Passion for the brand, aesthetic sensitivity, and connection with our lifestyle.
* Strong international vocation, prior experience living abroad, and readiness to embark on a new adventure with real impact.
* Previous experience (even internships) in marketing environments.
* Analytical skills, results orientation, and autonomy.
Prior experience in fashion or e\-commerce will be a plus.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ICEX VIVES GRANT PROGRAM**
* Between 18 and 30 years old.
* Spanish nationality or from another EU member state, and resident in Spain.
* Official university degree or medium/superior vocational training qualification.
Additionally, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Willingness to relocate to Mexico for 6 months.
* Not having previously participated in any phase of the ICEX Internationalization Grant Program.
Academic Requirements: Candidates must hold an official qualification, either a university bachelor's degree or a medium or higher-level vocational training cycle. Any field or specialization is acceptable.
