Position Purpose: You will be responsible for ensuring, through coordination of your work team, that the Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance Services program is fulfilled to guarantee machinery availability within established timeframes and expected quality. Key Responsibilities:* Assign daily tasks to personnel under your supervision regarding maintenance services according to the contract scope, using written instructions or work orders, ensuring compliance with the schedule. * Supervise and advise on job execution to ensure completion within agreed timelines, expected quality standards, and compliance with EHS requirements, providing necessary information on safe work procedures where applicable. * Ensure timely provision of work tools and personal protective equipment, staying within budgeted limits. * Maintain communication throughout the shift with the client’s operations area to address new events, prioritize tasks, and make necessary staffing adjustments. * Check spare parts availability for out-of-schedule activities and manage replenishment for required repairs. Notify when unavailable so that site warehouse or client can request them. * Ensure complete Backlog delivery from your work team for scheduling purposes. * Participate in planning meetings to determine and prioritize maintenance activities for the next schedule. * Report equipment damages occurring during your shift. * Collect work orders and prepare Daily Activity Reports for submission to the Contract Manager or client. * Ensure compliance with the annual training program for supervised personnel. * Follow up on the overall performance management process for supervised staff. * Retain and develop your work team, including succession plan follow-up. * Other duties as assigned. Your Profile:* Professional degree in Engineering or Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical fields. * 3 to 5 years of experience in a facilitator role supporting operation supervision or administration in service contracts within the mining industry. * Knowledge of Maximo software for work order generation, attendance tracking, warehouse voucher issuance, spare parts consultation, among others. * Training, diploma, or DC3 certification related to maintenance performance indicators management. * Technical English proficiency: Ability to understand manuals and work procedures. * Proven intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * High mobility: Willingness to work away from home and/or relocate if required.
