




We’re looking for a Salesforce Functional Analyst with at least 1 year of hands\-on experience working in Salesforce to support day\-to\-day operations, small enhancements, and data quality activities. This person will work closely with business users to build reports and dashboards, perform data uploads/cleanups, configure objects/fields, and help document requirements. This position doesn’t need to be a developer, but needs do need to understand how Salesforce configuration and development fit together to propose better, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Reporting \& Dashboards * Build, update, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales, service, and management users. * Ensure reports use the correct objects, relationships, filters, formulas and security/visibility rules. Data Management * Perform data uploads and updates (Data Loader / Data Import Wizard). * Support data cleanup activities: deduplication, normalization, backfilling new fields into existing records. * Help define and apply data quality rules. Configuration Support * Create/update fields, page layouts, record types, mobile pages and list views. * Support object configurations (e.g. when a new field is created, help backfill historical records). * Assist in basic automation reviews (validation rules, assignment rules, flows) under guidance. Functional Support * Work with business users to understand and reproduce issues. * Document requirements, current vs. future state, and small change requests. * Support UAT and user enablement (simple training / how\-to guides). Analysis \& Solutioning * Understand how Salesforce technical/development components (Apex, triggers, integrations, flows) affect functional design. * Propose better ways to implement new requirements using standard Salesforce features first. Documentation \& Organization * Maintain configuration logs, data load logs, and user stories. * Write clear, structured functional documentation. Must\-Have Qualifications * 1\+ year working in Salesforce (Admin / Functional / Support role). * Fluent English (spoken and written). * Experience with reports and dashboards in Salesforce. * Experience with data tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard) for uploads and mass updates. * Experience doing data cleanup (duplicates, missing fields, backfilling). * Ability to configure basic Salesforce components: objects, fields, page layouts, list views, record types. * Good analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Strong writing and documentation skills. * Organized and detail\-oriented; able to track multiple requests. Soft Skills * Proactive, service\-oriented, and comfortable supporting end users. * Able to translate business language into Salesforce terms. * Curious to learn how technical pieces work to suggest better functional designs. Nice to Have * Salesforce Administrator certification (or in progress). * Exposure to Sales or Service Cloud. * Basic understanding of Flow and automation. * Experience working with development teams (Apex, integrations) and understanding constraints. * Experience in a multi\-department or multi\-country Salesforce org.
