Collect supplier information, analyze, and promote strategies to improve processes, image, service, work quality, process standardization, and minimum operational requirements. Likewise, certify suppliers integrated into our Company as strategic partners through an evaluation focused on continuous improvement, always adhering to our Company's philosophy based on three principles: * Customer service * Respect for people and competition * Pursuit of excellence Seek maximum efficiency in supplier lines through certification to identify areas of opportunity in different processes, and develop improvement plans. The position interacts with the following internal areas: Valuation, Quotation, and Quality. Geographic scope: National (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Chihuahua, Culiacán, Puebla, León, and Mérida) * Conduct, through the certification system in workshops and agencies, audit and compliance visits to achieve the objectives of the Post-Valuation department. * Create technical profiles of suppliers to identify areas of opportunity and timely implement improvement plans. * Standardize workshop processes so that repair centers operate in a standardized manner. * Review and ensure through the system that the workflow chain for parts and work orders maintains adequate quality in workshops and agencies, thereby identifying time-related areas of opportunity. * Generate monthly reports on workshop workloads, as well as compliance with evaluation standards and breakdown of certification area indicators, to measure workshop efficiency. * Through visits, verify the origin and quality of spare parts delivered in workshops to ensure consistent operational logistics, additionally guaranteeing that part quality meets customer requirements. * Coordinate with quality supervisors to analyze delivery valuations and information on workshop and agency areas of opportunity, thus improving valuation and delivery quality. * Administrative degree or Engineering. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills. * Knowledge of the automobile repair cycle. * Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing. * Familiarity with ISO, QS quality systems. * Advanced information systems management skills desirable for operational use. * Experience in administrative roles involved in the vehicle repair cycle. * Experience in quality control positions. * Knowledge of process auditing methodology.
