Knowledge of and experience using maintenance management software (CMMS). **Workplace Type:** **Onsite** ##### **Purpose** Ensure that all spare parts, materials, task lists, tools, and equipment are available to safely and efficiently execute identified maintenance work within an optimal timeframe for the site. The position is also responsible for supporting maintenance personnel in managing unplanned work arising from unexpected failures, including direct procurement of materials or services when required. ##### **Responsibilities** Prepare and issue work orders for planned maintenance tasks, ensuring all required information and resources are clearly identified, available, and properly attached to the work orders. Create and maintain task lists as required for each maintenance activity. Collaborate closely with Maintenance and Operations teams to implement work activities, minimizing impact on operational continuity. Coordinate, verify, and organize materials, tools, equipment, and services for each work package (material kits), ensuring compliance with required technical specifications. Ensure all parts, materials, and equipment are accurately reflected in the plan; determine whether items are stocked or non-stocked, generate requisitions, and define urgency or expediting needs. Identify risks associated with each task and determine required permits for execution. Verify whether equipment or spare parts are under warranty and initiate the warranty process where applicable. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inspection reports. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and regulatory requirements; conduct audits and inspections as necessary. Develop and present periodic maintenance activity reports, including completion rates, deviations, delays, and risks. Review and analyze total planned versus actual costs, including labor, materials, and services. ##### **Requirements** Proven experience in **maintenance planning and coordination**, with practical application of these processes in operational environments. Ability to manage weekly plans with a strong administrative focus and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams. Knowledge of **budgeting, KPI development, and tracking** processes. Ability to learn and use **FRM** safety applications. Valid driver’s license. ##### **Experience** Five years of verifiable experience in a role similar to this vacancy. Knowledge of and experience using maintenance management software (CMMS) for planning, execution, and tracking of activities. Proficient use of Microsoft tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn and use the SAP (CMMS) work management system. ##### **Professional Education** Technical degree, engineering degree, or certification in planning or maintenance specialty/technical trade.
