***Description*** **About the Company** A global leader in the design and manufacturing of test and automation equipment for the electronic manufacturing industry. **Job Objective:** Ensure that processes, products, and services comply with the company’s established quality standards and customer requirements through inspections, data analysis, and continuous improvement. Contribute to defect reduction and process optimization in production—particularly in projects related to automation and electronic equipment. **Candidate Profile Requirements** Education: * Completed high school (minimum). * Technical or professional degree in **Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related fields** preferred. Experience: * Minimum **1 year of experience in quality inspection and control.** * Prior experience in the **automation or electronic equipment industry** is desirable. * Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with **ICT fixtures** is highly valued. Technical Skills: * Knowledge and application of **quality analysis tools**: 5W2H, Ishikawa diagram, 5S. * Ability to **identify, document, and track basic quality issues.** * **Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel**, as well as Word and PowerPoint. * Basic knowledge of **measuring instruments** (calipers, multimeters, micrometers, etc.). * Familiarity with **ISO 9001 or similar standards** is desirable. Key Responsibilities: * Perform **visual, dimensional, and functional product inspections** per specifications. * **Document and report** non-conformities or deviations. * Support **root cause analysis** using quality analysis tools. * Prepare **Excel reports and presentations** for quality follow-up meetings. * Collaborate with **production, engineering, and maintenance** to resolve quality-affecting issues. * Ensure **ICT fixtures and test equipment are in optimal condition** for use. * Participate in **internal audits** and follow up on corrective actions. * Contribute to **continuous improvement projects** and process optimization. * Comply with the company’s established **safety, quality, and environmental procedures.** Working Conditions: * Starting salary: $19,000 MXN monthly (gross) * Benefits: Statutory \+ enhanced (13% savings fund, 10% food vouchers, SGMM, life insurance, 30-day bonus, 60% vacation premium, among others) * Transportation assistance and service * Savings fund * Company parking * Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Annual salary adjustments Work Location: On-site employment at Parque Pinar Empresarial \- La Venta del Astillero Salary: Starting from $19,000\.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
