




As an IT Analyst you will: * Act as main local IT infrastructure contact in order to provide technical guidance and support; * Maintain regular contact with business areas, constantly orienting user action regards to the use of IT infrastructure resources and guiding usage of IT ServiceDesk and IT Global services; * Understand and support initiatives and projects that involve or are conducted by IT requiring infrastructure to be implemented at Mexico operations; * Assist in the coordination of Local IT Services in order to guarantee the best services, perform a follow\-up of some administration and control activities belong to Information Technology area. * Support and provide information during auditing process. * Research, design, implement and support technology solutions required by business area, following company standards process (Global and Regional), technology and policies. **What you'll do** IT Infrastructure Maintenance / Support: * Local point of contact for Mexico offices and Warehouse application changes, upgrades and problems that requires IT Infrastructure attention/intervention. * Run IT Infrastructure lifecycle, CAPEX projects. * Guide local IT onsite support to Goodyear Knowledge articles an IT expertise. * Review and manage onsite support quality of services. * Represent GIS (Global Infrastructure Services) at all local projects or initiative meetings. * Be responsible by IT Infrastructure services AOP, supporting IT Country Coordinator for forecasts and executions. * Administering of IT Infrastructure service provider performance and deliverables using ITIL process and KPIs as required. * Controls, assess and review services and technologies periodically to ensure best cost and performance efficiencies. * Take care that GY IT standards for local projects are respected / Fulfilled. * Adequately manage inventories of IT Infrastructure equipment, and the respective lease \& buy process. * Manage devices rollout (mobile, Desktops, laptops and printers). * Support the new interfaces integration with banks and other vendors. **What We’re Looking For** * Completed professional degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Information Technology. * Networking (configuration and management of network equipment) – Focus on Cisco. * Servers (technical knowledge in server management) – Focus on HP hardware and VMWare virtual environments. * WPS, knowledge of support management for end users (desktops, laptops, MTR, barcode and mobile devices). * Excellent communication skills (oral and written). * Analytical thinking and strategic planning. * Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments. **What Will Set You Apart** * Cybersecurity (knowledge of market tools) – Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Microsoft Defender. * Vulnerability management and patch application. * English desirable. \#LI\-RB3 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
