Your primary mission will be to transform complex data into strategic solutions that drive company growth. **What challenges will you face?** * **Extract and model** data from various sources using SQL. * **Design and maintain** interactive dashboards for different business areas. * **Monitor key KPIs**, identify deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities. * **Clean and ensure** data quality and consistency in our reports. * **Present findings** and recommendations clearly to leaders and decision-makers. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar data analysis or BI roles. * **SQL:** Intermediate proficiency in queries and data manipulation (mandatory). * **BI Tools:** Solid experience creating reports in Power BI or Tableau (mandatory). * **Excel:** Advanced proficiency (pivot tables, complex functions). * **Soft Skills:** Critical thinking, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving ability. **Bonus Points (Desirable but not mandatory)** * Basic knowledge of programming languages (**Python** or **R**). * Experience with cloud storage tools (AWS, Google Cloud). **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Comprehensive benefits (Major and Minor Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance). * Hybrid work arrangement. * Professional training and career growth opportunities. * Excellent working environment.
