Through its broad range of activities, Egis is a central actor in the collective organization of society and the living environment for citizens around the world. **Job Description** **Position Objective** Lead and supervise the **implementation of BIM methodology in infrastructure projects**, ensuring **model governance, interface detection, digital information quality**, and proper integration across all disciplines. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead **BIM model governance** throughout all project phases. * Coordinate **interdisciplinary interoperability** between civil engineering, architecture, electromechanical systems, telecommunications, and other areas. * Develop and monitor **BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and EIR (Employer’s Information Requirements)**. * Supervise **federated modeling** and early detection of clashes and interfaces. * Ensure compliance with information exchange protocols and international standards. * Train and guide teams in the use of BIM methodology and best practices. * Integrate model management with **project planning and control tools (4D/5D)**. * Prepare executive reports on progress, quality, and model coordination. **Requirements** **Requirements** * **Minimum of 8 years’ experience** in: + Infrastructure project coordination using BIM methodology. + Interface detection and management, and interdisciplinary coordination. + Model governance and digital exchange protocols. * **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related field. + **Required:** Professional license (apostilled if issued abroad) and/or **Professional Certification**. * **Additional mandatory qualifications:** + **PMP (Project Management Professional) certification** from PMI. + **Master's degree in BIM** or equivalent. + **Primavera P6 certification** (Oracle). * **Language:** Native Spanish or official certification (DELE, SIELE or equivalent), minimum level **B2 CEFR**. * **Key tools:** + **Primavera P6, Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D, Synchro** and other BIM platforms. + Collaborative platforms **CDE (Common Data Environment)**. + Software for clash analysis and federated modeling. **Skills and Competencies** * Technical leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in digital information management and BIM standards. * Ability to develop coordination and governance strategies. * Effective communication and executive reporting. * Strategic planning and interface management.
