Responsibilities: Analyze key indicators (Average Parts, Average Labor, Valuation Response Times, among others), gathering information from Cubos systems, SISSA, AUDATEX and TXT Reports, to prepare reports for management and take necessary actions according to the indicators established by the Company. Develop and manage action plans to correct areas of opportunity (derived from the analysis of indicators mentioned above), following up with area supervisors on questions and progress according to the plan. Coordinate weekly/biweekly meetings with supervisors and operational teams to present department indicators, inform about relevant operational topics, and listen to their concerns and needs in order to provide them with the support required to carry out their responsibilities. Present monthly metrics report at month-end through meetings with the Director of Valuation, to monitor improvements and quality in valuation-related processes. Identify opportunities for improvement in internal valuation processes by analyzing parts and labor data from open claims, providing feedback to area supervisors to make appropriate corrections prior to claim closure, and ensuring correct payments (parts for replacement and labor). Requirements: * Graduate of a business administration or related field.\* * Intermediate conversational English level\* * Advanced Excel, database management and charting, executive presentations using PowerPoint. * Knowledge of Auto Claims Damage Assessment, spare parts, repair processes, components. * Experience with Mitchel / Sissa /AUDATEX systems * 5 years of experience working in auto claims operations (Assessment, Quality).\* * 3 years of experience managing teams.\* * 5 years of experience dealing with Customers/Agents (complex claims).
