The **incident leader** will be responsible for effectively managing and coordinating the response to an incident, ensuring it is resolved quickly, efficiently, and with minimal impact to the organization. This role involves making key decisions, assigning responsibilities, maintaining clear communication among involved teams, and ensuring established incident management procedures are followed. **1.** Establish an incident process aligned with Chubb's processes. **2.** Ensure adoption of the incident process across all company areas. **3.** Identify and propose improvements in support processes to optimize efficiency and improve response times. **4.** Lead resolution of critical incidents in production environments, ensuring a rapid and effective response. **5.** Coordinate with support, infrastructure, and development teams to identify root causes of issues and prevent recurrence. **6.** Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure stability and quality in testing and production environments. **7.** Work closely with the DevOps team to automate deployment and testing processes to minimize errors and downtime. **8.** Coordinate monthly sessions with the leadership team to present support metrics and SLAs. **9.** Establish the company's BCP process and ensure all departments have implemented Chubb's established procedures for their most critical processes. * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum of 8 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in technical leadership roles. * Proven experience in managing production incidents and resolving critical issues.
