Your mission will be: Main responsibilities: 1\. Driving  Demonstrate safe driving skills and maintain an acceptable driving record for the company's insurance provider, as well as ensure proper vehicle conditions (i.e., compliance with local regulations, inspections, and unit maintenance). 2\. Customer and company service  Provide courteous service to customers and communicate emerging customer requirements to the laboratory as needed.  Perform other related tasks as required by the company. 3\. Collection  Collect customer samples at agreed times and prioritize their timely delivery to the laboratory under appropriate temperature conditions. 4\. Sampling  Collect samples of water, living surfaces, inert surfaces, allergens, air, raw materials, and finished products, prioritizing their arrival at the laboratory under appropriate temperature conditions. 5\. Information recording  Accurate completion of forms and logs **YOUR SKILLS** * Profile (Education and professional experience): Technical school or high school diploma with knowledge in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related technical field is required. * This position requires general knowledge in food, water, and environmental and/or food sampling, knowledge of good laboratory practices and quality policies to ensure proper and efficient performance of assigned tasks, and knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and necessary policies to ensure a safe working environment. * Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to interact with customers and help build departmental relationships. * Planning and organization to ensure samples are collected and delivered to the laboratory correctly and that time is optimized due to involved routes. * Punctuality and discipline are also key skills to meet customer requirements regarding sampling/collection schedules.
