Through its broad range of activities, Egis plays a central role in the collective organization of society and the living environment for citizens around the world. **Job Description** **Position Objective** Consolidate work progress, identify deviations in schedules and budgets, and coordinate corrective actions to ensure infrastructure projects are delivered on **time, cost, and quality**. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop, monitor, and update **master construction schedules** (4D). * Integrate **planning and cost control models (5D)** for infrastructure projects. * Monitor deliverable completion, consolidating actual vs. planned progress. * Identify deviations and propose **corrective and preventive actions**. * Implement and track **risk management and performance indicators (KPIs)**. * Prepare executive reports on progress, productivity, and technical performance. * Coordinate with **engineering, construction, contractors, and stakeholders** to ensure program traceability. **Requirements** **Requirements** * **Minimum 8 years of experience** in: + Control, monitoring, and tracking of infrastructure projects. + 4D/5D planning using digital tools. + Technical reporting and risk management. * **Education:** + Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. + **Required:** Professional degree (apostilled if issued abroad) and **Professional License**. * **Desirable:** + Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. + Certifications such as **PMP, IPMA, or equivalent**. * **Language:** Native Spanish or official certification (DELE, SIELE or equivalent), minimum level **B2 CEFR**. * **Key Tools:** + **Primavera P6, MS Project, TILOS**, or other advanced planning platforms. + Advanced Excel, Power BI, or data analysis software. + Knowledge of **BIM applied to 4D and 5D**. **Skills and Competencies** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Results-oriented with strong time/cost control. * Effective communication and executive reporting skills. * Strategic planning and risk management.
