We are currently looking for a **Senior Database Administrator (DBA)** ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute the migration of SQL Server databases and transactional replication schemas to Snowflake. * Ensure data consistency, security, and minimal downtime throughout the migration process. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance post\-migration. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to align database architecture with business needs. * Document configurations, processes, and best practices for ongoing operations. * Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders during and after migration. ### **Requirements:** * 5\+ years of proven experience as a Database Administrator. * ***On\-site scheme NEORIS Office Monterrey/Mexico*** * ***Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.*** * Strong expertise in SQL Server, including Service Broker and transactional replication. * Experience with database migration projects, preferably involving cloud or hybrid environments. * Solid understanding of performance tuning, security management, and backup/recovery strategies. * Proficiency in Snowflake.
