Responsibilities: As **Administrative Support (Help Desk)** at Hines, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Handling tenant service requests from an industrial property and routing them to the appropriate team for resolution. * Recording tenant and user reports in Excel and/or applicable systems. * Coordinating general services personnel to address service requests (cleaning, security, landscaping, etc). * Conducting site walkthroughs to identify areas of opportunity within the facilities. * Assisting in the distribution of communications. * Managing vendor interactions. * Performing additional administrative tasks. Qualifications: **Minimum Requirements:** * High school diploma, technical degree, or completed or incomplete bachelor's degree. * Service-oriented attitude, teamwork, proactiveness, follow-up skills, attention to detail. * Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
