What You Will Do:* Support process validation for new projects and improvements * Collect and document line performance data (efficiency, defects, failures) * Assist in designing and modifying processes to improve quality, efficiency, and safety * Validate process conditions after maintenance or equipment changes * Participate in engineering changes and model transitions * Support root cause analysis and corrective actions * Update technical documentation (PFMEA, WI, ISO 14001, etc.) * Disassemble and analyze products classified as scrap * Support staff training and certification processes * Generate daily reports and participate in continuous improvement activities What We Are Looking For:* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field * 3 months to 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes * Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics * Familiarity with safety practices and environmental standards * Basic to intermediate English proficiency * Organizational and documentation skills * Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals Bonus Points If You Have:* Experience with LabVIEW, PLC programming, or AOI vision systems * Knowledge of metrology and ergonomics principles * Familiarity with engineering change processes and document control * Participation in PDCA cycles and continuous improvement projects How to Apply: Apply online at www.johnsonelectric.com – We're excited to meet you!*Come join our global, inclusive \& diverse team* Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
