Grupo Marol, a company passionate about distributing medical supplies and wound care materials, is seeking your talent for the position of: **JUNIOR BUYER** **Position Purpose:** To serve as a key and supportive role in ensuring that procurement department processes are completed on time and as required. **What do we offer?** · Direct employment with the company. · All statutory benefits. · Savings fund. · Growth opportunities based on performance. **What would you do on a typical workday?** · Conduct timely follow-up on departmental purchases. · Review daily purchase requisitions. · Generate purchase orders. · Send purchase orders. · Receive purchase orders at our warehouse. · Negotiate with suppliers. · Prepare supplier onboarding files in our system. · Select and evaluate new suppliers. · Manage the supplier portfolio. · Track payments to suppliers. · Monitor credit terms with suppliers. · Prompt and courteous follow-up with internal clients. **What profile are we looking for?** · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Economics, Accounting, or related field. · \+ 2 years of experience as a buyer. · Intermediate proficiency in Excel. · Database management and handling skills. · Experience and interest in supplier follow-up. · CONTPAQi COMERCIAL experience is desirable. · ***Soft Skills:*** Highly results-oriented, strong negotiation ability, and skill in building and consolidating strategic relationships with internal and external clients.
