Requirements: * Age 25 to 45 * Engineering or technical degree * Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings * Minimum two years of verifiable experience programming and operating CNC machines, preferably Haas brand * Programming software: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SurfCAM, or similar * Knowledge of Geometric Tolerancing * Proficiency in using measuring tools * Familiarity with various materials used in the industry * Equipment, tool, and fixture maintenance * Operation of other workshop equipment Must reside in the Guadalajara metropolitan area Must be proactive and capable of working in a team We offer: * Base salary according to experience: from $2,800 weekly for candidates with technical training but no experience, up to $3,200 weekly for experienced candidates * Statutory benefits * Career growth opportunities Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:35 PM; Saturdays overtime: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Work location: Calz.
