Proven hands-on experience in expense processing or accounts payable. **Accounting Assistant (Temporary Project \- 3 Months)** **Location:** Aquamatic Corporate Office, Zapopan. **Contract Duration:** 3 months (Fixed-term position). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. **What We Offer** * **Monthly Salary:** $12,000 to $15,000 net. * **Benefits:** Amount already includes bonuses and food vouchers. * **Hiring:** Direct employment by the company for the duration of the project. **Your Key Responsibilities (Regularization)** * **Expense Control:** Recording journal entries, accruals, and payments in CONTPAQi Accounting. * **Vendor Management:** CFDI validation, invoice tracking, and payment follow-up. * **Operational Treasury:** Processing branch reimbursements and payments for utilities such as CFE and SIAPA. * **SAT Support:** Downloading and reconciling XML files from the official SAT portal. **Who Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; recent graduate or intern. * **Experience:** Prior verifiable experience in expense processing or accounts payable. * **Tools:** Practical proficiency in CONTPAQi and Excel (including filters and formulas).
