You will work with Lakehouses, semantic models, and the medallion architecture to design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions that help the business make faster, data-driven decisions. While Power BI remains a primary tool, we are expanding into modern analytics frameworks, such as Python-based dashboards (Streamlit, Plotly), lightweight web applications, and emerging visualization technologies. This role combines strong expertise in data modeling and platforms with curiosity and flexibility to explore new ways of generating and delivering insights. **Why do we need you?** ---------------------------- * Build interactive dashboards and analytical applications using Power BI and other modern reporting technologies. * Develop and maintain semantic models and star-schema data structures in Microsoft Fabric Lakehouses. * Apply medallion architecture principles (Bronze / Silver / Gold) to ensure robust, clean, and high-performance data pipelines. * Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable analytics solutions. * Explore, prototype, and implement new reporting technologies to extend capabilities beyond traditional Business Intelligence tools. * Optimize dashboards and analytics solutions for performance, usability, and scalability. **What do you need to succeed?** ------------------------------------ * 3+ years of experience with Power BI or BI/reporting development. * Strong knowledge of data modeling, semantic models, and star-schema design. * Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouses, or cloud-based data platforms. * Proficiency in SQL and data transformation. * Advanced conversational English. * Experience with Streamlit, Plotly, Dash, or React for analytical application development (preferred). * Knowledge of modern Python-based data visualization and analytics frameworks (preferred).
