Are you ready? **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct random inspections in repair processes, validating repair quality at different stages and randomly auditing repairs, verifying that performed work, part replacements, repairs, correct labor, etc., correspond to the authorized valuation. * Ensure Repair Centers comply with the process of creation and follow-up in the current valuation and repair system. * Monitor compliance with promised dates through efficiency indicators. * Follow up on service warranty fulfillment. Apply the penalty matrix in cases where the CDR fails to meet service warranties. * Inform and advise customers on various repair processes. * Report deviations found during system usage, time, and repair quality reviews to the Procurement team. * Identify and report potential fraud cases. Detect instances with possible intent to commit fraud within the repair service process. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree * Language: Basic English desirable * Type and length of experience: 1 to 3 years desirable * Knowledge: Knowledge of general automobile insurance conditions, valuation systems, manuals, and quality criteria applicable to automotive repairs. * Tools: Microsoft Office (intermediate level) By becoming part of AXA, you will reach your potential to drive progress.
