




Position is 100% on-site and field-based. Supervise the repair of damaged units according to the standards set by the Company, ensuring timely delivery with proper quality. Additionally, follow up on any customer concerns regarding their unit's repair, aiming to resolve inquiries and meet quality standards. Internally, this position primarily interacts with the Valuation, Parts Quotation, and Call Center departments. Externally, this position interacts with service providers handling repairs such as workshops, agencies, and special accounts executives. This position also interacts externally with our insured clients, brokers, or agents. The scope of this role is local. **1\.** Analyze repairs through reports and prior classification of incidents to coordinate timely completion and delivery. **2\.** Control and coordinate the assigned portfolio of suppliers to strengthen relationships and achieve optimal results for each damaged unit. **3\.** Follow up on claims through direct customer contact via various channels such as phone calls, in-person meetings, or email, with the aim of recording potential questions, complaints, and negotiating deadlines approaching expiration. 4\. Manage meetings and visits to workshops to negotiate possible issues and supervise repairs as much as feasible. 5\. Use systems to report and manage weekly indicators for open claims, upcoming deadlines, tow truck monitoring, budgets, and cleanup of open and closed claims, enabling close tracking of departmental processes. * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration or Engineering. \* * Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel). \* * Knowledge of the insurance sector, policies, conditions, etc.\* * Knowledge of automotive, heavy equipment, motorcycles, and construction sectors. \* * Technical knowledge of vehicle repair
