Are you ready? **P****Position Objective:** Determine the physical asset loss for the heavy equipment line of business in accordance with established criteria from current regulations, maintaining a sustainable balance between cost and customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Determine the total amount of physical asset damages based on an authorized valuation generated through the institutional system. * Conduct inspections during repair processes. * Validate repair quality at different stages. * Audit repairs by verifying that performed work, part replacements, repairs, labor, etc., match the authorized valuation. * Monitor and meet KPIs: promise date compliance, repair time, cost. * Negotiate with insured parties and third parties. * Control costs and ensure customer service. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor's degree or engineering. * Language: Basic English (desirable but not mandatory). * Type and length of experience: Minimum of 2 years in the insurance or automotive sector. * Knowledge: Automotive, specifically equipment of 3.5 tons or more (desirable). * Tools: Proficiency in Solera (Audagold) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT). **Competencies:** Conflict management, Accountability, agile mindset By joining AXA, you will reach your potential to drive progress.
