Program Manager Strategic Key Objectives: * Ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. + Act as the central coordinator for programs. + Prioritize initiatives according to business objectives. + Resolve dependencies and ensure effective allocation. Main Responsibilities: * Bridge between strategic oversight (Portfolio Level) and tactical execution (POD Level). + Coordinate a group of PODs within a strategic initiative. + Align and prioritize the backlog according to the strategic initiative. + Manage risks and dependencies. + Define key role requirements for PODs (PO, SMEs). + Ensure achievement of OKRs. Main Tasks. * Develop and maintain the roadmap for the strategic initiative. + Optimize resource allocation. + Monitor program performance and generate reports. + Map stakeholders, alignment, and engagement. + Foster a collaborative environment within POD teams. + Drive effective communication and cohesion, addressing conflicts and maintaining a results-oriented environment.
