Description

Job Summary: Responsible for verifying transactions, coordinating inventories, safeguarding goods, and ensuring warehouse order and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily verification and accounting of warehouse transactions 2. Coordination and execution of cyclic physical inventories 3. Custody of goods and maintenance of warehouse order * At the end of each day, verify that all transactions (inbound and outbound movements) in the system have been fully accounted for, both in your assigned warehouse and in the warehouse designated for supervision and follow-up. * Coordinate and execute 100% of random cyclic physical inventories. * Verify that the characteristics of materials, spare parts, equipment, and/or supplies entering the warehouse match the corresponding requisition. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. * Comply with the organization's comprehensive safety standards and procedures. * Safeguard all goods stored in the warehouse
