**INSTRUCTOR** **JOB SUMMARY:** Deliver technical and regulatory training courses related to airport and aviation operations, ensuring personnel possess the knowledge and certifications required to perform their duties in accordance with current safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Deliver theoretical and practical courses on topics such as: * + **Dangerous Goods (Lithium Batteries, IATA Category 6)** + **Airport Security (AVSEC)** + **Safety Management System (SMS)** + **Safe Use of Ground Support Equipment (GSE)** + **Induction to the Airport Environment and PrimeFlight Procedures** * Prepare teaching materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments. * Evaluate participants’ learning through theoretical and/or practical examinations. * Track staff recertifications and recurring training. * Ensure training sessions comply with regulations issued by DGAC, AFAC, IATA, and internal policies. * Record attendance, grades, and issue attendance certificates or certificates of completion. * Participate in internal and external audits as support for the training area. * Continuously update knowledge of regulations, teaching methodologies, and airport procedures. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** Minimum 2 years’ experience as an instructor in airport or civil aviation-related subjects. **SKILLS:** Public speaking ability, capacity to explain technical concepts, and skill in managing diverse groups. **LANGUAGES:** Basic/Intermediate technical English (desirable). **KNOWLEDGE** **REQUIRED:** Practical knowledge of ramp, cargo, check-in, or customer service operations. Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and training platforms. **EDUCATION:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in fields related to aviation, education, logistics, or security.

That's what we're looking for in you **General purpose of the position:** Efficiently coordinate and supervise the operational logistics of training courses, ensuring proper planning, execution, and follow-up of each training event. This includes managing facilities, instructors, materials, complementary services, and official documentation, in order to guarantee a high-quality learning experience and compliance with regulations. **Main responsibilities:** 1\. Administrative * Prepare monthly activity reports and training metrics. * Control the budget allocated to training logistics. * Keep physical and digital records and files up to date. 2\. Operational * Supervise setup and teardown of training rooms. * Verify that technical resources and materials are available and in good condition. * Coordinate timely delivery of materials to instructors and participants. 3\. Instructor Relations * Confirm availability and hiring conditions of external instructors. * Follow up on instructor payments and performance evaluations. 4\.
