Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration Proven experience in full ServiceNow implementations Track record of successful system integration projects Experience in high-availability enterprise environments Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Essential Skills ServiceNow: Minimum 3 years of development and administration experience Programming Languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON Web Development: AngularJS, Jelly templating, UI Policies, Client Scripts APIs: REST, SOAP, system integrations Databases: MySQL, SQL queries, GlideRecord APIs ITIL: Solid understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Development Design and implement customized ServiceNow solutions according to business requirements Develop applications, workflows, and customized forms on the ServiceNow platform Configure core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) Create and maintain Service Catalogs, Knowledge Bases, and self-service portals Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs Implement automations and orchestrations using Flow Designer and Workflow Engine Support and Maintenance Provide level 2 and 3 technical support for the ServiceNow platform Resolve incidents and technical issues related to the platform Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ServiceNow instances Monitor system performance and optimize efficiency Manage platform upgrades and patches Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals Change Management Evaluate, design, and implement changes and improvements to the platform Participate in the Change Management process following ITIL best practices Coordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements and proposed changes Conduct regression testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Migrate changes across environments (Development, Testing, Production) Maintain version control and document all implemented changes Internal Collaboration and Consulting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities Provide technical consulting to end users and business teams Participate in design meetings and architecture reviews Train end users and administrators on ServiceNow usage Contribute to defining standards and best practices KPI Compliance Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $40,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
