




Job Description Manages personnel in various warehouse logistics operations to meet work plans and shipping schedules. Key job responsibilities: Ensure GMP compliance in the receiving, put-away, storage, and picking processes. Coordinate personnel on the daily picking type, ensuring that picking is carried out according to the work schedule, respecting the scheduled date and time. Assign necessary resources and priorities for receiving and putting away materials from clients due to collection or rejection, for receipt and unloading in return areas. Supervise staff productivity to optimize operations. Carry out activities related to personnel management. Personnel supervision, training, and control. Education level: Completed Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or engineering fields. Experience: Storage processes (receiving, put-away, picking) Logistics and Operations (shipping and routes) Personnel management Intermediate Microsoft Office Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas, and filters) Other requirements: Availability to work rotating shifts.
