A Mexican company with 35 years of expertise in the fine decorative lighting market, dedicated to marketing the highest-quality products, is seeking: **Warehouse Coordinator.** Position Objective To maintain full control over Warehouse 18 to ensure that the company's products meet quality standards, implementing necessary adjustments when minor issues arise upon product receipt or customer returns, within the established timeframe of a maximum of 90 days. Desired Profile: * Completed high school education * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Experience managing personnel and in a similar position * Accustomed to working under pressure and meeting objectives * Employment stability * Age between 27 and 45 years * Preferably resides nearby * Personnel management skills * Inventory control experience * KPI management skills * Accountability * Basic electrical knowledge desirable (e.g., wiring connections, voltage levels) Benefits: * Base salary: $17,000 monthly gross * Weekly payroll * Employment stability at a formal company * Statutory benefits * On-site cafeteria * Major medical expense insurance (starting from the first year) * Savings fund (3%) Responsibilities: * Every product received at Warehouse 18 must be accompanied by its transfer document to this warehouse as well as documentation of any damage observed on the product’s packaging * Products sent to Warehouse 18 due to damage must remain there for a maximum of three months for repair * Ensure repaired products are transferred promptly and correctly to the designated warehouse * Ensure every spare part entering or leaving the warehouse has its corresponding transfer or dispatch documentation * Submit warranty requests to the purchasing department to carry out repairs on parts as appropriate * The warehouse coordinator must have a work plan aligned with existing spare parts to enable product readiness * Maintain a work plan for personnel under supervision to efficiently achieve established objectives and attain daily productivity targets * Proper administration of personnel under supervision * Ensure physical inventory reliability against system records, as well as physical inventory alignment with storage locations * Identify and photographically document each item deemed unsuitable for repair, ensuring such inventory has been transferred to the warehouse * Request, via email on a monthly basis, all required consumable materials needed to repair warehouse products * Assist in conducting physical inventory counts Work Schedule: * Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Days off: Saturdays and Sundays Location: * Av.
