A Mexican company with 35 years of expertise in the fine decorative lighting market, dedicated to marketing the highest-quality products, is seeking: **Warehouse Coordinator.** Position Objective To maintain full control over Warehouse 18 to ensure that the company's products meet quality standards, implementing necessary adjustments when minor issues arise upon receipt or customer returns, within the established timeframe of a maximum of 90 days. Desired Profile: * Completed high school education * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Experience managing personnel and holding a similar position * Accustomed to working under pressure and meeting objectives * Employment stability * Age between 27 and 45 years * Preferably residing nearby * Personnel management skills * Inventory control experience * KPI management skills * Accountability * Basic electrical knowledge desirable (e.g., wiring connections, voltage levels) Benefits: * Base salary: $17,000 monthly gross * Weekly payment * Employment stability at a formal company * Statutory benefits * On-site cafeteria * Major medical expense insurance (effective from the first year) * Savings fund (3%) Responsibilities: * All products received at Warehouse 18 must be accompanied by their transfer documentation to this warehouse, as well as documentation specifying any damage observed on the product’s packaging * Products sent to Warehouse 18 due to damage must remain there for a maximum of three months for repair * Ensure repaired products are transferred promptly and correctly to the corresponding warehouse * Ensure all spare parts entering or leaving the warehouse are properly documented with corresponding transfer or exit records * Submit warranty requests to the purchasing department to carry out repairs on relevant components, as appropriate * The warehouse coordinator must develop a work plan aligned with existing spare parts to enable product readiness * Maintain a work plan for supervised personnel to effectively achieve established objectives and attain daily productivity targets * Proper administration of supervised personnel * Ensure physical inventory reliability against system records, as well as physical inventory against location records * Identify and photographically document each item deemed unsuitable for repair, ensuring such inventory has been transferred to the warehouse * Monthly request, via email, all necessary consumable materials required to repair warehouse products * Assist in conducting physical inventory counts Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Days off: Saturdays and Sundays Location: * Av.
