Job Summary: This position involves comprehensive planning, logistics, and control of deliveries, inventories, warehouse management, and personnel coordination, ensuring process compliance and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for planning and logistics of deliveries to CEDIS and customers. 2. Proficiency in inventory management, unit cubic capacity calculation, and warehouse management. 3. Administration and coordination of personnel to optimize operations. **Job Objective:** Planning and logistics of deliveries to CEDIS and internal/external customers; reporting and controlling returns to complete the administrative cycle and achieve 100% delivery fulfillment. Daily and cyclical inventory management; maximizing unit cubic capacity; auditing, loading/unloading of units; product inflows and outflows; receiving, organizing, and distributing merchandise. Administering and coordinating assigned personnel for proper administration, receipt, and inspection of merchandise according to required specifications and quality standards. Warehouse control, inventory management, and shipments. Management and validation of merchandise (in/out). Shipment tracking until delivery of receipt numbers. Departmental efficiency indicators. KPIs for supervised personnel performance.
