Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Type of Employee** Operational**Job Objective** Execute work orders for receiving, warehousing, loading, and unloading materials and supplies in the warehouse and/or distribution area through proper use and operation of forklifts, ensuring product integrity efficiently, systematically, and in compliance with applicable regulations. **Responsibilities and Activities** 1. Ensure storage conditions are appropriate for each type of product, considering its specific characteristics (e.g., temperature, humidity, etc.). 2. Load and unload materials and supplies onto transport vehicles, ensuring products remain undamaged during handling and that required regulatory conditions are maintained. 3. Ensure products are stored in accordance with applicable regulations, following established storage guidelines and verifying proper identification according to their characteristics (e.g., part number, quantity, etc.); for supplier-provided items, documentation such as waybills or customs entry documents (purchase orders and quality certificates) must be available. 4. Conduct daily inspections of the forklift to ensure optimal operating condition and promptly report any malfunctions or irregularities for repair or maintenance. 5. Comply with safety and quality regulations established in the pharmaceutical industry. 6. Support inventory management and control, ensuring products are correctly labeled and stored, as well as assisting in periodic inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records.
