




**Main Responsibilities:** * **Food Preparation:** * Assist in ingredient preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, etc.). * Help prepare dishes according to the chef's instructions. * Prepare side dishes and buffet items (salads, sauces, breads, etc.). * **Setup and Restocking:** * Collaborate in setting up the buffet station before service. * Replenish food and maintain buffet presentation during service hours. * **Cleaning and Organization:** * Wash and sanitize utensils, work surfaces, and kitchen equipment. * Ensure assigned areas are clean and organized at the end of the shift. * **Compliance with Standards:** * Follow established hygiene and food safety regulations. * Report shortages or items needing restocking to the chef or supervisor. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months in kitchen or food preparation (desirable). * **Skills:** * Proactivity and efficiency. * Teamwork. * Organization and cleanliness. * **Availability:** Punctuality to cover the scheduled hours. * **Preference:** Reside near Chapalita, Palomar, or Patria area. **Benefits:** * Job stability. * Respectful and dynamic work environment. * Meals included during shifts.
