We are seeking a dynamic candidate with culinary expertise and a strong sense of urgency to join our kitchen team. **What are we looking for?** A Cook with verifiable experience in hot and cold kitchen operations, capable of executing recipes precisely and maintaining high hygiene standards. * **Production and Mise en Place:** Preparatory preparation of ingredients, vegetable and protein cuts, and base sauce preparation. * **Line Service:** Preparation of à la carte dishes following the Club’s standard recipes. * **H-Designation Management:** Strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, cooking and storage temperatures). * **Event Support:** Active participation in the preparation of banquets, buffets, and the Club’s special events. **Essential Requirements** * **Education:** Technical Degree in Gastronomy, incomplete Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent solid experience. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in white-tablecloth restaurants, hotels, or golf clubs (Shift rotation availability is mandatory). * **Technical Knowledge:** \* Proficiency in various cooking methods (grilling, sautéing, frying). * Mastery of basic and advanced cutting techniques. * Familiarity with industrial kitchen equipment. * **Skills:** Speed in service, extreme cleanliness at one’s workstation, and excellent seasoning ability. **Competencies** * **Teamwork:** Close collaboration with Senior Cooks and Stewards. * **Stress Tolerance:** Ability to maintain quality during peak service hours. * **Discipline and Punctuality:** Full compliance with schedules and internal regulations. **Service Attitude:** Commitment to member satisfaction
