JOB DESCRIPTION The Look Supervisor is an integral member of the store management team, successfully contributing to the implementation of strategies and operational excellence to ensure customer satisfaction and financial results. WORK LOCATION Levi's Outlet Guadalajara Las Plazas Outlet, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco Fixed store position. CRITICAL RESULTS Ensure visual guidelines are always followed* Lead actions to adapt general visual image instructions to the store's particularities, considering physical characteristics, furniture, and above all, consumer preferences, without deviating from established guidelines * Ensure the sales floor is always stocked with sizes available in inventory * Contribute to maintaining consistent service levels aligned with brand expectations * Contribute to actions that strengthen customer loyalty by offering an appropriate shopping experience with honest and authentic customer connection * Contribute to achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and annual KPI and sales targets * Contribute to achieving required inventory accuracy and execution of cycle and fiscal inventories * Contribute to proper inventory turnover management * Guarantee timely and accurate execution of region-aligned policies and procedures (P&P) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Directly supervises the Store Replenisher * Responsible for warehouse inventory management, as well as timing and processes for sales floor replenishment, optimizing operations and ensuring a consumer-ready environment in every aspect * Ensure replenishment processes are strategic and generate minimal negative impact on sales and operations, restocking at optimal times based on peak hours, sales volume or value, staff schedules, etc. * Responsible for maintaining organized and strategic warehouse layout, assigning store and warehouse zones by stylist (sales associate), store cleanliness, correct music at appropriate volume, etc. * Maintain communication with relevant Brand Environment (Visual) teams, requesting constant feedback to achieve maximum brand expression * Lead floorset change processes, directing and encouraging staff participation, proposing team improvements based on top-selling products and consumer preferences * Maintain direct communication with Manager and Assistant Manager to propose requests for key or missing products, as well as reporting relevant issues * Responsible for following up on staff training and supervision regarding display and merchandising, in coordination and agreement with the Store Manager. Acting as leader for all activities and strategies aimed at enhancing store image (look) * Reporting and executing financial operations when required (financial reports, cash deposits, expenses) * Contribute to periodic inventory tasks * Daily analysis with Store Manager of individual and team sales reports and KPIs, and communicating these to staff FORMAL EDUCATION High school diploma preferred and/or incomplete bachelor’s degree in service, fashion design, or related fields. Experience: Preferably 1 year as Store Supervisor or image lead, and at least 2 years as a stylist/sales advisor in textile and accessories retail sectors.
