Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to ensure, coordinate, and improve the quality and supply chain security management system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead quality system meetings 2. Promote awareness of customer requirements 3. Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits **QUALITY MANAGEMENT \- Santa Maria TEQUEPEXPAN (INDUSTRIAL LABELS)** **SUPERVISOR** Requirements Industrial Engineering or related degree 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, AEO, IATF (preferred) Responsibilities Ensure that the processes required for the Quality Management System (QMS ISO 9001:2015\) and supply chain security (AEO) are established, implemented, and maintained \- Coordinate, lead, and document quality system meetings \- Report to management on system performance, including needs for continual improvement \- Promote awareness of customer requirements across all organizational levels \- Promote staff participation in various system-related activities Monitor, improve, and maintain a healthy work environment within the organization \- Attend first-, second-, and third-party audits \- Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits \- Coordinate activities to maintain system documentation \- Issue Quality, RoHS, REACH, and expiry certificates WE OFFER Monthly salary \= MXN 18,000–20,000 (pre-tax), plus MXN 500 monthly food vouchers 30 days of year-end bonus Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Location: Santa Maria Tequepexpan Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: MXN $20,000.00 \- $21,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Application question(s): * The monthly salary is MXN 20,000 (pre-tax) — this is the maximum offered.
