Authenticity, agility, flexibility, congruence, technology, and trust are part of our values. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** 7+ **Technical Competencies:** **The ideal candidate has experience and mastery in at least 2 of the following roles (listed from most to least relevant):** 1. Integration of automated systems, maintenance of automated equipment. 2. Development of production control applications, user interfaces for test equipment, shop floor control. 3. 3D modeling and printing, machining, and CNC programming. 4. Design of multi-cavity injection molds, design of precision plastic parts. 5. Tool Room, injection processes, and mold maintenance. **Job Responsibilities:** 1. Design and integrate semi-automated electromechanical or electronic fixtures for welding, electrical testing, and customized manufacturing equipment for our cable assembly process, integrating these devices into shop floor control. The fabrication of fixtures requires the use of advanced filament-based 3D printers and milling machines, as well as 3D modeling software such as Autodesk FUSION. 2. Collaborate with the Product Engineer on equipment, tooling for new products, and prototype mold manufacturing using CNC milling machines. 3.
