We are seeking an organized, operationally oriented individual with logistics experience to join a dynamic team in the Guadalajara metropolitan area. Required Profile: Minimum Education: High school diploma. Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in: Route and logistics coordination. Direct supervision of operators. Transportation route management. Geographic knowledge of ZMG and national routes. Main Responsibilities: Assignment and control of route documentation. Supervision of operators and delivery tracking. Invoice validation and payment evidence recording. Internal system entry and scanning of shipments. Scheduling pickups based on vehicle availability. Working Conditions: Nominal monthly income: $20,000 Benefits according to labor law. Full IMSS registration. Savings fund, continuous training, growth opportunities, profit sharing.
