





**Position Objective:** To conduct academic preparation workshops for secondary and high school students, focused on developing skills to achieve successful results in standardized tests such as PIENSE II and the College Board's Revised Academic Aptitude Test (PAA-R). **Required Academic Background:** · Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, Mathematics, Literature, Linguistics, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields. · Postgraduate studies, diploma, or certification in teaching standardized exams is desirable. **Minimum Work Experience:** · 5 years of verifiable experience preparing students for standardized exams (PIENSE II, PAA-R, SAT, ACT, or equivalents). · Experience designing and delivering online group workshops via Zoom and in-person (in secondary and high school settings). · Experience managing diverse groups with different learning styles. **Required Technical and Pedagogical Skills:** · Mastery of areas assessed in PIENSE II and PAA-R: o Mathematics: arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data analysis, and probability. o Language: reading comprehension, writing, grammar, and vocabulary. · Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner. · Proficiency in digital resources and educational platforms for online practice. · Skill in designing and implementing mock exam and feedback strategies. · Diagnostic ability to identify student strengths and areas needing improvement. **Personal and Professional Competencies:** * Clear and motivating communication. * Patience, empathy, and leadership.
