




**Job Description:** We are seeking a School Records Assistant to support the management of school administrative processes, ensuring proper student enrollment, re-enrollment, and academic follow-up in accordance with current institutional and educational regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Register and update students' academic and administrative information. * Manage enrollments, re-enrollments, withdrawals, and program or modality changes. * Administer and safeguard physical and digital records. * Issue academic transcripts, kardex, and certificates. * Provide personalized service to students, teachers, and parents. * Comply with the academic calendar and current regulations. * Prepare reports and assist in document audits. **Requirements:** * Completed high school (Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or related field preferred). * 1 to 2 years of experience in school or educational administrative areas. * Proficiency in school management platforms and Microsoft Office. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. * Flexible schedule availability. **We Offer:** * Training and professional development. * Positive work environment. * Job stability. * **21 days of paid vacation** * **Student scholarships of up to 50%** * **Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,800.00 per month Benefits: * Educational assistance Work Location: On-site position
